Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, we wanted to inform you on what actions we are taking to be proactive in our operations and commitment to ensuring the health and safety of our employees, their families and you, To our customers. We want to let you know that we take the growing concerns around COVID-19, also known as coronavirus, very seriously and are taking these additional steps.
Our store is open regular business hours which are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. For everyone's safety please call us prior to arriving at our store as we are limiting the amount of customer inside and this will give us the time to have your order ready for pick up and allow us to follow the 6' rule between customer and employee's. Please keep in mind that at this time our supply of flowers are limited however, we have fresh shipments arriving each day in order to help you with your floral needs. We are still delivering flower orders however we are now practicing a no contact delivery. This will mean that we will deliver your flowers to the front door then call your loved ones to let them know the flowers are on their front porch. We will follow with the procedures on flower delivers set by each Mortuaries/Cemetery and business on receiving flowers.
We fully understand the concerns many people feel with the current environment, but you can feel secure in the knowledge that we are taking every precaution necessary. All this is done with the safety of our customers, community and employees in mind
